Job Overview

We are recruiting qualified and dedicated Staff Nurses for a direct hospital requirement in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring health conditions, assisting physicians, and maintaining strict clinical standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and international standards.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

• Administer medications, intravenous (IV) fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor vital signs, track patient progress, and document records accurately in electronic/physical systems.

• Assist doctors during clinical examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for patients and medical staff.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of continuous clinical nursing experience in a bedded hospital.

• Licensing: Saudi Prometric Exam is MANDATORY (valid eligibility or passed score report).

• DataFlow: Primary Source Verification (PSV) completed or in process is highly preferred.

• Language: Fluent in English (Basic understanding of conversational Arabic is an added advantage).

• Active registration with the Nursing Council in your home country.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SAR 5,500 per month

• Working Hours: 8 hours daily (rotational shifts)

• Contract Duration: 2-year renewable contract
