DataFlow
DataFlow verification, handled step by step
Many Gulf health authorities ask for primary source verification before they will register you. We help you prepare the right documents and apply correctly, so your report comes back clean.
What is DataFlow verification?
DataFlow is a company that carries out primary source verification, often called PSV. Instead of trusting the copies you upload, it contacts the university, hospital, council or other body that issued each document and asks them to confirm it is genuine.
The result is a verification report that is shared with the licensing authority. For many authorities, this report is a required step before your licence application can move forward.
Where it is commonly required
- Saudi Arabia: SCFHS works with DataFlow for verification
- Qatar: DHP accepts DataFlow as an approved verification provider
- UAE: many authorities and professions require it
- Other Gulf authorities: depends on profession and rules
What gets verified
The exact items depend on your authority and profession. These are the usual ones.
Education
Your degree or diploma, and mark sheets where required, confirmed with the university or board.
Work experience
Your employment history, confirmed with each employer that you list.
Licence or registration
Your current registration with a medical, nursing or other professional council.
Good standing
A certificate from your council, where the authority asks for it.
How we help you through it
You apply on the official DataFlow portal in your own name. We guide you at every step so nothing is missed.

We confirm which authority you are applying to and what verification it expects for your profession.

You receive a clear list of the documents and details you need.

We check names, dates and letters, and flag problems before you submit.
Apply on the portal
You create your application and upload documents. We guide you on each field and upload.
DataFlow verifies
DataFlow contacts each issuing body to confirm your documents. This takes time because it depends on their replies.
Report and next step
When your report is ready, we help you use it for your licence application.
What your report can show
Each document usually comes back with one of three results.
Positive
The issuing body confirmed the document. No further action is needed for that item.
Unable to verify
The source did not reply or could not confirm in time. You may need to follow up or provide extra proof.
Discrepancy
The source reported something that does not match your document. This needs to be looked at carefully and corrected where possible.

Common questions
Are you part of DataFlow?
No. We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with DataFlow. You apply on DataFlow's own portal, and we help you prepare and understand each step.
Can you speed up or change my verification result?
No. Results come from the issuing bodies and DataFlow. What we can do is make sure your application is complete and correct, so it is not delayed by avoidable mistakes.
Do I need a new report for each country?
Not always. An existing report may be reviewed by another authority, which can accept it or ask for more documents. We tell you what applies in your case.
What if an old employer does not reply?
This is a common reason for delays. We guide you on alternative proofs and how to follow up with the employer.
Should I start DataFlow before I get a job offer?
It depends on the authority and employer. We advise you on timing so you do not spend money too early or too late.
