What Gulf authorities usually look at

The exact rules differ by authority and profession. These four things matter almost everywhere.

Qualification

Your diploma or degree in your field, with mark sheets and practical training certificates.

Registration or proof

Council registration where your profession has one, or other proof of your training and practice.

Experience

Years of work in your speciality, shown through letters with dates, department and designation.

Licensing exam

A computer-based exam for your category, where one applies to your profession.

How your qualification affects your category

Authorities usually separate technicians from technologists and specialists, based on your qualification.

Diploma

Technician level

Diploma holders, such as DMLT or diploma in radiography, are usually placed at technician level, with their own exams and roles.

Degree

Technologist or professional level

Degrees such as BMLT, BPT, B.Pharm or BSc in your field usually open higher categories and more employers.

Postgraduate

Specialist or senior level

Master's degrees, Pharm.D and specialist training can lead to senior or specialist roles, along with relevant experience.

Good to know: Some paramedical professions in India do not have a council registration. In that case, authorities may ask for other proof such as training certificates and experience letters. We tell you what applies to your profession. Depending on your qualification and passport category, emigration clearance may also apply when you travel.

Your journey as a paramedical professional

The order can vary by profession and country, but most candidates follow this path.

  1. Profile review

You send your CV and we tell you your likely category and the countries that suit your profession.

  2. Document preparation

We give you a checklist and check names, dates and experience letters before submission.

  3. Verification and attestation

DataFlow verification and attestation are done in the right order for your destination.

  4. Eligibility and exam

We help with the authority application and the exam for your category, where one applies.

  5. Employer matching

Your profile is shared with hospitals, labs, pharmacies and clinics hiring for your role.

  6. Licence, visa and travel

After an offer, we help with licence activation, visa documents and travel readiness.
