Visa Support
Visa and travel documentation support, after your offer
Once you have a job offer, the paperwork moves fast. We help you check your contract, prepare your documents and be ready for your visa process, so you travel with confidence.
What visa support means
We want you to know exactly what we do and what we do not do.
What we do
- Check your offer letter and contract with you
- Prepare and check your visa documents
- Coordinate with your employer on what they need
- Guide you on medical tests and biometrics
- Check whether emigration clearance applies to you
- Give you a travel readiness checklist
What we do not do
- We do not issue visas. Only the destination country's authorities do
- We do not guarantee that a visa will be approved
- We do not arrange visit visas for work
- We do not sell "free visas" or fake job offers
- We are not an embassy or a government office
From offer to departure
The exact order depends on the country and your employer, but most candidates follow this path.
Check the offer and contract
We go through salary, allowances, accommodation, flights and your rights before you sign.
Confirm licence status
Your licence or eligibility is usually needed before the employer can process your visa.
Prepare your documents
Passport, photographs and attested certificates are checked and made ready.
Employer applies for the permit
In most cases your employer, as sponsor, applies for your work permit and visa. We help you respond to any request.
Medical and biometrics
You complete the medical fitness test and fingerprints where the country requires them.
Clearance and travel
Emigration clearance is done where applicable, then you book your travel and get ready to fly.
Documents usually needed
- Passport with enough validity and blank pages
- Recent photographs in the required format
- Attested education and experience documents
- Signed offer letter or employment contract
- Medical report, where the country asks for it
- Police clearance, where requested
- Emigration clearance, where applicable
Check these in your contract
- Salary, allowances and how they are paid
- Accommodation and transport
- Air ticket, now and at the end of your contract
- Working hours, leave and probation period
- Who pays for the visa, medical and licence
- Notice period and end-of-service benefits
Protect yourself from visa fraud
Fake agents target people who are eager to go. Know the warning signs.
Red flags
- Anyone asking for money to guarantee a job or visa
- An offer with no named employer, or one you cannot verify
- No written contract, or a contract that changes after you pay
- Pressure to travel on a visit or tourist visa to work
- Payments requested to a personal account or in cash only
- Documents or stamps offered as a shortcut
Our promise: We never ask for money in the name of a guaranteed job or visa. Our service fee is explained in writing before you pay, and any official charges go to the respective offices.
Common questions
Do you issue the visa?
No. Visas are issued by the authorities of the destination country, usually on application by your employer as your sponsor. We help with documents and coordination.
Who pays for the visa?
In most Gulf healthcare jobs the employer sponsors the work visa, but terms differ. Check who pays for the visa, medical test and licence in your contract, and ask us if anything is unclear.
Can I go on a visit visa to look for a job?
You cannot legally work on a visit visa. We only support proper work visas linked to a real employer, and we advise against any offer that asks you to travel on a visit visa to work.
Do I need emigration clearance?
It depends on your passport category, qualification and destination country. We check your case and tell you if clearance applies and how to complete it.
How long does the visa take?
It varies by country, employer and how quickly documents are ready. We give you a realistic expectation and keep you updated at each step.
Got a job offer?
Share your offer letter and destination country. We will check what you need and what to do next.
