1. Who we are

This website is run by Novus Almunsif Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Al Munsif Nexus, with its office at 808B, F79 & 80, DLF Prime Tower, Industrial Area, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi 110020, India.

We are a recruitment and documentation consultancy that helps doctors, nurses and paramedical professionals prepare for jobs in the Gulf. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what choices you have.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what we need. Depending on how you use the website, this may include:

• CV form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, city and country, profession, speciality, qualification, years of experience, registration status, Gulf experience, target country, any message you write, and the CV file you upload.
• Contact and enquiry: details you share when you call, WhatsApp, email or use our contact form.
• Job applications: the job you applied for and the reference number.
• Website usage data: technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see Cookies below).
• Documents at a later stage: if you become our client, we may ask for documents such as your passport, certificates and experience letters. We ask for these only when needed for the service you choose, and we ask you to send them securely. Please do not upload them through the CV form.

3. How we use your information

• To review your profile and contact you about suitable jobs, licensing routes and services.
• To match your profile with employers who are hiring.
• To guide you with documents, verification, attestation, exams and licences if you ask for these services.
• To send you confirmations and updates about your application.
• To keep our website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and improve how it works.
• To meet our legal and regulatory duties.

We do not use your data for anything that is unrelated to these purposes without asking you first.

4. Your consent

When you submit the CV form, you tick a box to agree that we may use your details to contact you. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us (see Your rights). Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it, and we may need to keep certain records where the law requires.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these situations:

• Employers and clients: when your profile is a match, we may share your CV and relevant details with a hospital, clinic or employer for the role you have applied or are suitable for. These employers may be outside India.
• Service partners: verification, attestation, exam or licensing partners and offices, only when you choose a service that needs them.
• Technology providers: companies that host our website, store data or send emails and messages for us, who may handle data only to provide those services.
• Authorities: government or regulatory bodies when the law requires it, or when you ask us to submit your documents to them.

6. Sharing outside India

Because the jobs we work on are in the Gulf, your information may be sent to employers, authorities or partners in other countries. We share only what is needed for your application and we expect those parties to treat it with care. By applying for a Gulf job through us, you understand that this transfer is part of the service.

7. How we protect and keep your data

CV files uploaded through our website are stored in a private folder that is not open to the public, under random file names, and are available only to authorised members of our team. Our website uses secure connections (HTTPS), and we limit who can see your data.

No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We keep CVs and enquiry details for as long as they are useful for your application, usually up to [ADD RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 12 months], and then delete or anonymise them unless the law requires us to keep them or you ask us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it,
• correct information that is wrong or out of date,
• delete your data, including your uploaded CV,
• stop using your data or withdraw your consent, and
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

To do any of these, write to hr@almunsifnexus.com from the email address or number you used with us, so that we can confirm it is you. We aim to reply within a reasonable time.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary to make the site work. Others, such as analytics, help us understand how visitors use the site. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or manage non-essential cookies. You can also change your browser settings to block cookies, though some parts of the site may then not work properly.

10. Children

Our services are for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other sites and services, such as WhatsApp, authorities, DataFlow or Prometric. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before you share information with them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make an important change, we will make it clear on our website. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated policy.
