1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the website of Novus Almunsif Pvt. Ltd. (brand: Al Munsif Nexus) and our recruitment, documentation and guidance services. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What we are and what we are not

We are an independent consultancy. We help candidates prepare their profiles and documents, guide them through verification, attestation, exams, licensing and visa paperwork, and share their profiles with employers who are hiring.

• We are not a government office, embassy, health authority, or the owner of DataFlow or Prometric, and we are not affiliated with them.
• We do not issue visas, licences or exam results, and we do not decide job offers. Those decisions are made by employers and the relevant authorities.
• Unless a contract clearly says so, we are not your employer.

3. No guarantee

We work carefully to help your application succeed, but we cannot guarantee a job, an interview, a licence, an exam pass, a visa, a salary or a start date. Outcomes depend on you, employers and authorities. Information on this website about requirements, timelines and processes is general and may change.

4. Who can use our services

You must be 18 or older. You agree that everything you tell us and every document you give us is true, complete and genuine. If you give us false or forged information or documents, we may stop working with you immediately, we may inform employers or authorities where required, and we are not responsible for any resulting loss.

5. Fees and payments

• We never ask for money in the name of a guaranteed job or visa.
• Applying through our website and sending your CV is free.
• If you choose a paid service, we explain our service fee, what it covers and when it is payable in writing before you pay.
• Government, authority, exam, verification, embassy and attestation charges are paid to those offices. They are separate from our service fee, and we tell you which is which.
• We give you a receipt for every payment you make to us. Please pay only through the payment methods we confirm in writing, and never to a personal account unless our written confirmation says so.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information, and tell us quickly about any change.
• Keep your passport, council registration and other documents valid.
• Reply to our messages and requests on time. Delays on your side can delay or end your application.
• Follow the rules of employers, authorities and the countries involved.
• Do not pay anyone who promises you a guaranteed job or visa.

7. Your documents and originals

If you hand over original documents, we record them in writing and return them when the work is complete or when you ask, unless an authority has kept them. Please share copies of sensitive documents such as your passport only through the secure method we tell you, and not through the website CV form.

8. Employers, authorities and partners

Employers, authorities, exam and verification providers, embassies and other offices have their own rules, fees, timelines and decisions. We are not responsible for them, for changes to their rules, or for delays or refusals on their side.

9. Job listings

Job details on our website come from employers or from our understanding of the role and may change or be withdrawn without notice. A job listing is not an offer of employment. Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job. Please read your offer letter and contract carefully before you sign, and ask us if anything is unclear.

10. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes trying to break or overload it, uploading harmful files or false CVs, collecting data from it by automated means, or using it to harm anyone.

11. Our content

The text, design, logos and other content on this website belong to Novus Almunsif Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share links to pages for personal use, but you may not copy or republish our content for commercial use without our written permission. DataFlow, Prometric and other names mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services they offer.

12. Our responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of income or opportunity, or for losses caused by employers, authorities, partners or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or our responsibility for our own fraud.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking, the courts at New Delhi will have jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue quickly.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using our website or services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
