Mistakes that delay your file
Name mismatch
Different spellings of your name across passport, degree and registration can stop a file. Fix it before you apply.
Weak experience letters
Letters without dates, designation or department are often rejected. Ask your employer for a complete letter.
Wrong attestation order
Attesting in the wrong sequence means doing it again. Confirm the chain for your country first.
Low-quality scans
Blurred or cropped scans cause queries. Scan originals in colour with all four corners visible.
Expired documents
An expiring passport or lapsed council registration can block the process. Renew early.
Relying on old rules
Requirements change. Use current information and not what a friend did a few years ago.
Common questions
Do I need DataFlow verification?
Many Gulf licensing authorities use credential verification, and DataFlow is a common provider. Whether you need it depends on your country, profession and authority. We tell you before you pay.
Should I attest my documents before applying for a job?
Not always. Some steps are needed only after an offer. We advise you what to do now and what can wait, so you do not spend money too early.
I have worked in several hospitals. Do I need letters from all of them?
Authorities usually look at your recent and relevant experience. Share your full history with us and we will tell you which letters matter for your application.
Can you help if my documents have errors?
Yes. We check your file, point out problems such as name mismatches, and guide you on how to correct them before you submit.
Not sure what you need?
Send us your profession and target country. We will share a checklist made for your case.
